Job Description \n Were looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Great Bear team in Desborough, supporting deliveries for key customers including a leading international chocolate and confectionery manufacturer. \n This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time driving role with a 24/7 operation, delivering palletised goods to Regional Distribution Centres nationwide. \n If you take pride in safe driving, reliable service and professional customer delivery standards, wed love to hear from you. \n Shift patterns available: \n \n Monday to Friday Nights \n \n Monday-Friday Days \n \n 4on4off Days \n \n Pay Rates: \n \n Nights -£20 per hour \n Days - £16.19 per hour \n \n Plus shift supplements unfortunately, we cannot accept new pass drivers for this contract \n OR drivers who wish to consider transitioning from Class 2 to Class 1 \n No more than 6 points on your licence and no DD or DR code convictions. \n Current valid DCPC and Tachograph cards. \n Good understanding of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive legislation. \n Ability to complete vehicle checks and report defects correctly. \n Commitment to on-site health and safety requirements. \n Excellent communication skills and a professional approach. \n Additional Information \n As part of our drive to make Great Bear a great place to work.
