We are currently seeking a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller to join our Operations team at our Skelmersdale site on a full time permanent basis!
Working hours: Monday-Friday, (rotating shifts of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am).
Salary: £30,000 per annum.
As a Stock & Systems Integrity Controller you will contribute to the success of the Skelmersdale site by maintaining Stock & Systems integrity whilst delivering a high level of customer service. As well as leading and developing the Depot Support team ensuring site requirements are achieved.
Key Duties:
- All differences between SAP & WMS to be investigated and reconciled on a daily basis.
- All failed IDOCs sent from Autostore to SAP to be reprocessed.
- Ensure that no pallets are in transit for greater than 24 hours and that ultimately all pallets reach their final destination.
- Ensure all relevant Autostore alarms are monitored and actioned in a timely manner.
- Month end reporting in conjunction with the Depot Support Manager.
- Ensure KPI targets are maintained taking appropriate action to ensure compliance.
- Management of disposal and animal feed loads.
- System testing for new releases.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met with regards to hi bay check processes.
Qualifications:
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent numeric skills.
- Must be a team player that is capable of working on their own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and tenacity.
- Working Knowledge of both SAP and Autostore.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages.
