Great Bear is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to support the Operations Manager in daily warehouse activities. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in picking and dispatching to meet KPIs.
The role is full-time, permanent, with a 4 on 4 off night pattern (18:00–06:00). You will lead the shift team, manage goods inwards, and drive continuous improvement while upholding quality and compliance standards.
