We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us at Great Bear Milton Keynes on a permanent and full time basis.

Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights 18:00 - 06:00am.

Salary: £28,568.84 Nights (4o4o allowance nights - £1.267ph & Shift Allowance Nights - £0.50ph)

Job Description:

  • Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
  • Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
  • Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
  • Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages.
  • Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of PPT experience is essential for this role.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
  • Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future.
  • Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Adaptable approach to training.
  • Conscientious and reliable.
  • Good working attitude.
