Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working on a 4 On 4 Off dayshift working from 06:00am - 18:00pm. Salary: £30,024.90 basic per annum.
What you'll be doing:
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
- Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
- Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages.
- Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment.

- Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance.
- PPT experience is essential for this role.
- Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy.
- Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well.
