We have an exciting new role, Group Marketing & Communications Director.
This role will lead and evolve our marketing and external communications function across the group, responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the groups marketing and external communications needs.
This role is pivotal in shaping our brand(s), driving market engagement and demand generation, whilst also enhancing our market presence within the sector.

- Developinganannualmarketingroadmapthatoutlineskeycampaigns, initiatives, andmilestones. Ensuringtheplansupportsbothcentralandbusinessunit-levelobjectives.
- Settingandmanagingtheannualbudget, ensuringefficientallocationofresourcesacrossdigital, brand, content, andexternalcommunications.
Monitoringspendand ROItosupportcontinuousimprovement.
- Leadingtheevolutionofthecompany’sbrandidentity, ensuringconsistency, relevance, anddifferentiationacrossalltouchpoints.

Whatwe'relookingfor
- Senior marketing and communications experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or B2B service industries.
- Proven track record in developing and executing group-wide marketing strategies that directly support sales and lead generation.
- Experience managing both brand and external communications, including strategy & initiative communication (e. g. sustainability, new products, site launches) to external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage brand transformation and deliver consistent, high-quality communication across multiple channels.
- Background in coaching & supporting executives on corporate influencer positioning.
- Budget ownership experience, including planning and managing marketing and communications spend.
- Leadership experience in building and managing lean, high-performing marketing teams.
