Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an Executive Project Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive team - CEO, Deputy CEO, CFO, and CPO with the smooth running of executive priorities, board level activities, and group wide initiatives, acting as a trusted partner and connector across the organisation. In addition, you will be required to support and co-ordinate high impact projects on behalf of the Executive team, applying strong project management disciplines to drive progress, ensure accountability, and help to deliver outcomes. You will also coordinate across functions and business units, track milestones, and facilitate collaboration to ensure successful execution of both planned and ad hoc initiatives.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.

  • Support the group Executive team on daily priorities, operational board activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create, edit, and manage materials for Supervisory Board decks and executive level presentations.
  • Support high impact projects on behalf of the group management team, applying structured project management approaches to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track progress and follow up on Group and Business Unit initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall Group strategy and managing risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support group strategy projects, coordinating across functions and business units to help drive execution and accountability.
  • Liaise with senior external stakeholders and third parties on behalf of the group management team.
  • Maintain effective internal communication channels with senior management teams.
  • Build strong networks within the group and act as a connector between functions, business units, and leadership.
  • Organise and coordinate leadership events, workshops, and internal engagement initiatives.
  • Take minutes of key meetings and manage follow-up actions across stakeholders.

To apply for the role of Executive Project Manager you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • Prior experience gained in a professional environment – consulting, corporate strategy, project management, or a similar role supporting an Executive team.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and tracking complex deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Confident in stakeholder management, including interactions with senior internal and external parties.
  • Experience supporting / working with C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in preparing executive level presentations and board materials.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or multi-business unit environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment in handling sensitive information.
