We are looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to join our busy storage and distribution operation. You will play a key role in keeping stock moving safely and efficiently across a fully palletised warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious FLT Drivers who are confident working in a fast-paced warehouse and take pride in accuracy, teamwork and high standards.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights, 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00.

Salary: £13.82 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently in a palletised storage and distribution environment.
  • Load and unload wagons or containers in line with site procedures.
  • Scan pallets accurately into the correct locations and complete all tasks fully.
  • Move, organise and handle goods carefully to maintain product quality and condition.
  • Support the smooth flow of stock throughout the warehouse operation.
  • Carry out equipment checks and report any faults, damage or safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow site safe systems of work, including PPE, walkways and designated areas.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders, colleagues and shift teams to ensure clear handovers and operational priorities are met.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
  • Counterbalance forklift experience is required.
  • Experience with Clamp or Aisle Master trucks would be advantageous.
  • In-house licences from previous employers can be considered, provided you have relevant practical experience.
  • A strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
  • A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
  • Availability to work a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern.
