Job Description

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Carlisle on a full time permanent basis. Salary: £26,650 per annum. Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

As a Warehouse Administrator you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

  • Daily PID checks.
  • Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
  • Investigation into customer complaints.
  • ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
  • Stock checks.
  • RDT direct system uploads.
  • Audit traceability exercise completion.
  • System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
  • Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
  • Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Previous admin/stock control experience.
  • Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
