The predicted salary is between 20400 - 28400 £ per year.
Shift: Monday-Friday, weekly rotation between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.
Salary: £25,436 per annum. Overtime: x1.5 basic hourly rate.
- Pick stock and orders from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Monitor and uphold housekeeping standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Report damages in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Operate MHE equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of PPT experience is essential.
- External forklift licences required unless a Culina in-house licence is held.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in operating MHE to meet operational needs.
- Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with adaptable training approach.
- Reliable, conscientious, and with a positive attitude.
