Our Crick site have an exciting opportunity for an Export Administrator to join our friendly team on a full time permanent basis.

As an Export Administrator you will be responsible for processing and progressing all orders from preliminary documentation through to delivery and acceptance by the customer, together with all licence/export documentation and invoicing.

Ensuring that high levels of productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.

Key Duties of an

Export Administrator

  • Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with all Distributor’s and Customer’s enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments.
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Providing aftersales support to customers.
  • Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email.
  • Produce all necessary transport documents.
  • Complete Export Customs declarations.
  • Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships.
  • Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Previous experience of working in Export and a high-level Administrative role.
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations (desirable).
