We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at our Deeside site on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will assess Health & Safety in the warehouse and contribute to a safer working environment ensuring that all company and customer's required standards are maintained and monitored.

Key Duties of a Compliance Coordinator:

  • Ensure all training records and safety documentation are maintained accurately, and in line with legislative and company requirements.
  • Develop a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP), to ensure a consistent safe working environment for all company employees, contractors and site visitors.
  • Regularly audit the SMP for compliance, and update accordingly to ensure the alignment of all legislative and company requirements are adhered to.
  • Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of training and processes which relate to Health & Safety and Food Safety (BRCGS) programs for the site.
  • Ensure all site inspections are completed in full, and on time.
  • Ensure all site safety boards and communication zones, including, but not limited to: Health & Safety Policy, Insurance Certification, Site Health & Safety minutes, Site Rules, location of First Aid are all maintained and current at all times.
  • Ensure that a high standard of training, BRCGS compliance and Health & Safety is adhered within the working environment.

Qualifications: Computer Literate in Microsoft suite.
