Great Bear in Duckmanton is seeking an experienced MHE Trainer to deliver training to MHE operators, promote safe working practices, and reduce incidents across the site. The role requires delivering inductions, refresher sessions, and maintaining training records to support competency tracking.
The position operates on a 4 on 4 off days pattern (06:00–18:00) with a base salary of £32,000 per year plus overtime after 40.25 hours per week. Benefits are available in addition to the salary.
