Great Bear is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead site CI activities within our Birmingham operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive the site CI plan, act as PMO for the site, and support the Operational Excellence Strategy to deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery benefits.
You will facilitate change, coach colleagues in CI basics and problem solving, and work with site teams to map requirements, implement controls and monitor benefits across projects.
