Great Baddow High School is a happy and successful 11-18 school benefitting from a large site and excellent specialist accommodation. Our curriculum, enhanced by many enrichment opportunities, clubs, trips and visits, is broad and varied. We deliver a high quality education in science that challenges and stimulates students. The sciences are popular A Level subjects with many students choosing science-based courses at university. Actual salary: £16,584
Hours: 28 ¾ per week, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 3.30pm (term time only).
Responsibilities:
- Support students in years 7 - 13 with a variety of additional and specific needs across the whole curriculum.
- Be able to work within a fast paced, hardworking and dynamic team.

- Good general education
- Patience and the ability to foster good relationships with young people
- Ability to work effectively within a team
