Assist in collecting outstanding payments in line with agreed terms. Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve account queries. Support management of the accounts inbox. Process refunds, off-hire requests, and customer documentation. Send invoice copies and customer correspondence. Assist with new customer and supplier forms. Carry out general finance administration duties.
