Due to the promotion of our current headteacher, the academy trust and the school governors are looking for an inspirational leader with the ability, experience and aspirations to build on current achievements thereby leading the school to even greater success.
Roles and Responsibilities- Have a passion for delivering high quality education aimed at making a difference to children's lives;
- Demonstrate proven school leadership skills with an impressive record of achievement and development in their existing and previous roles;
- Have a good understanding of strategies to support a rising number of pupils with special educational needs;
- Have a commitment to strategic thinking and planning aimed at delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to inspire and challenge our children whatever their ability;
- Be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working with the children, parents/carers, staff, local governors, the academy trust and the wider community;
- Be committed to the CPD of the team and themselves;
- Be passionately committed to safeguarding and the welfare of the children and staff.
