Hours are 32 ½ per week, Monday to Friday 8.15am to 3.45pm term time only. Scale 5 point 10 – 13, Actual starting salary £20,294 (pay award pending). Expected start July 2026.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and well qualified first aid expert to join our busy Student Services team on a fixed term maternity cover. This is a key role within the school and the successful candidate will be part of a highly committed and hard-working team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of call for first aid within the school; therefore, experience of and qualified in first aid is an essential requirement of the post. Candidates must have the ability to work as a supportive team member and must be reliable with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability and confidence to communicate easily with students and staff. You will also have excellent attention to detail and have the capacity to work in an environment where confidentiality is paramount.

Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy and have good Microsoft Office skills. Experience using the current school information system Arbor will be an advantage; however, training will be provided. Please see the job description for further details of the duties for this role.
