Job role: Warehouse Supervisor – NIGHTS

Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex

Salary: £29,172 per annum (£12.96 + £2.00 per hour night supplement)

Hours of work: FULL TIME HOURS – Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 (37.5 hours per week)

About Our Client: Centric Talent is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for their client in Waltham Abbey, a leading UK supplier of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.

Job Overview: Ensure warehouse operations are performed on time and within budget, including safe receipt, storage, dispatch of goods, stock management, and Health & Safety compliance, following RLD guidelines.

Structure: Reports to Warehouse Manager; collaborates with other shift supervisors.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Lead picking, packing, goods in, dispatch, and staff development
  • Manage flow of goods, plan resources, develop KPIs, and improve processes
  • Maintain stock accuracy and complete stock counts

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 5 years in high-service warehouse environment
  • Leadership experience and success in improving warehouse systems
  • High customer service focus
  • Experience handling high order volumes; forklift license desirable
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, WMS; good knowledge of health and safety legislation

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 (37.5 hours/week)

Holiday: 23 days, increasing to 25 after 3 years
