Centric Talent is recruiting an experienced Cleaning Operative for a well‑established client in Bolton, a leader in bathroom manufacturing. The position is temp‑to‑perm on a full‑time (Monday‑Friday) basis.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning office spaces
- Cleaning kitchen and canteen areas
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Emptying bins
- Cleaning communal areas
- General cleaning of the warehouse environment
- Operating floor cleaning machines
This is not an exhaustive list; the role may develop over time. We seek someone eager to grow within the position.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven cleaning experience
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (desired)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using floor cleaning machines (advantageous)
- Ability to work well under pressure
You will work in line with strict Health & Safety procedures. Full H&S training and role‑specific training will be provided.
Hours of Work & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm (30 hours per week)
- Pay: £12.21 per hour
- Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity
- Monthly pay, paid on the 28th of each month
