We are seeking a motivated, bubbly, friendly and detail-oriented Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and other related food items in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain experience in the food service industry. The successful applicant will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Other skills will include serving coffees and drinks, doing up bills, clearing tables, setting up tables, helping set up and clear, cleaning and washing dishes when required.
Responsibilities- Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other quick-serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner to meet customer demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
