As Property Portfolio Manager, you will oversee residential portfolios, focusing on performance, compliance, and long-term asset value. You will manage a well-maintained portfolio, supported by internal and external teams and a trusted contractor network, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive operational improvements.

  • Monitoring portfolio KPIs and providing regular reports on performance, risks, and required actions.
  • Ensuring all properties meet statutory compliance requirements, including safety certifications, licences, and inspections.
  • Overseeing rent collection performance, arrears management, and escalation processes.
  • Coordinating legal cases where required, liaising with solicitors and relevant parties.
  • Managing maintenance delivery through a trusted network of contractors.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agents, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Providing clear communication and updates on portfolio performance, issues, and key decisions.
  • Supporting Accounts/Finance with operational and financial information.

Experience in residential property and lettings management is essential. A strong understanding of UK property legislation and compliance requirements is required. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make sound commercial decisions is necessary. Competence in Microsoft Office is expected; experience with MRI or similar property management software is advantageous.
