GRCC is recruiting a Rural Affordable Housing Project Officer to help rural communities identify needs and deliver affordable housing solutions. The role is 3-4 days per week (up to 28.8 hours) with a pro rata salary of £30-35k per annum depending on experience.
You will work with parish councils, landowners, housing providers and public sector partners to turn aspirations into deliverable projects, exploring funding options and building partnerships to create sustainable places to live and work
