We love food, and we love putting smiles on our customers’ faces with fresh, creative dishes and exceptional service. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Bermondsey.

The Role

  • Salary: £44,000 per year
  • 45 hours per week
  • 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rotating basis
  • Always two consecutive days off
  • No split shifts

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality food standards, support daily kitchen operations, and help lead and inspire the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, happy CPU
  • Cooking seriously good food
  • Leading and motivating the team during service
  • Keeping standards high and vibes positive
  • Helping with stock, prep, and keeping the kitchen running like clockwork

The good stuff:

  • 45 hours a week
  • 5 days out of 7 on a fair rotating rota
  • Weekends shared across the team
  • TWO consecutive days off every week
  • NO split shifts
