We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead catering and hospitality services at an International Law Firm. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality events and dining services, and building strong client relationships.
You will lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement. The role also includes full financial responsibility (P&L), budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing catering orders
- Managing suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Continuously improving service delivery through innovation
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively. You will be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Salary: £43K to £45K depending on experience
