We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead catering and hospitality services at an International Law Firm. The manager will oversee day-to-day operations, deliver high-quality events and dining services, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement.
- Take full financial responsibility, including P&L, budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.
- Oversee catering orders, manage suppliers, and maintain compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards.
- Continuously improve service delivery through innovation.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality or catering role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
