Then you might be the Sous Chef we’re looking for. We’re after someone who’s passionate about food, organised under pressure, and ready to bring energy, creativity, and leadership to the kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, happy CPU
- Cooking seriously good food
- Leading and motivating the team during service
- Keeping standards high and vibes positive
- Helping with stock, prep, and keeping the kitchen running like clockwork
The good stuff
- 45 hours a week
- 5 days out of 7 on a fair rotating rota
- Weekends shared across the team
- TWO consecutive days off every week
- NO split shifts (yes, really)
