Grazebrook Primary School is seeking an exceptional Phase Leader to sustain school improvement in literacy across EYFS and KS1 and to lead a team of Literacy Specialists. You will oversee intensive support delivery and ensure the hub’s high-impact outcomes through coaching and targeted training.
You will develop others within the LS team, monitor delivery quality, and secure engagement from partner schools for funded audits, support days, and training packages to translate vision into practice.
