We are looking for a Full time Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team at 10 Union Street, London Bridge. Reporting to : Sales & Events Manager Overall Objectives: To sell and coordinate internal and external events at 10 Union Street To plan outstanding events for our private, corporate, and internal events To market the venue as a corporate and private hire event space Event sales specific responsibilities: Receive and respond to initial enquiries and understanding clients needs and budget Sell private, wedding, and corporate events from the point of enquiry to contract. Plan and coordinate the confirmed events from the point of contract to the week prior to the event. Create contracts, deposit invoice and events sheets. Coordinate internal and external events In charge to prepare the weekly BEOs pack for the BEO meetings on Wednesdays Conduct show rounds with provisional and confirmed clients if required. Organise event requirements through to final details. Collaborate with the internal client regarding their internal events calendar. Upsell where possible to ensure maximum profitability of each event. Maintain and update the event diary and Rendezvous system in a prompt and timely fashion. Attend tradeshows when required. Supporting key Events and helping with Event logistics Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events including post event final invoice and feedbacks from the clients Work with 3rd Party suppliers and agencies Fulfil office admin tasks Our successful Sales and Events Coordinator will have: Proficiency in both written and oral communication, ensuring clear and effective correspondence with clients, vendors, and team members. Previous experience as a Meetings and Events Coordinator in similar field Ability to align event planning with the high standards of hospitality to enhance overall guest experience. Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the event aligns with client expectations and quality standards.
