Located in the heart of London, directly opposite St Pancras Station, The Francis Crick Institute is one of our flagship sites. Graysons is an award-winning contract caterer dedicated to delivering exceptional food and outstanding service. We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Role Details:

  • Up to £36,000 per annum
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evening hospitality shifts (additional pay)

This is a busy, high-profile kitchen producing fresh, high-quality food across breakfast and lunch service, alongside a varied and fast-paced hospitality and events programme throughout the day.

About the Role

Working closely with the team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

About You

We are looking for a confident and capable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for food. You will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

  • Experience within a busy kitchen
  • Excellent craft skills across multiple kitchen sections

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
