Graysons Restaurants Ltd are looking for an ambitious and talented manager to join our amazing team. We now have a fantastic opportunity at the prestigious Honourable Society of The Middle Temple. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and further your career and be part of a fabulous team. Middle Temple is one of the Four Inns of Court, located in the heart of London overlooking the Thames. The Inn is a professional membership organization and holds numerous events and functions throughout the year for its members and others and is also available for private hire.
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Hours: 40hrs per week Full time contract
The Role:
- 5 out of 7 days
- Responsible for delivery of events on site and ensuring standards are met by delegating effectively to team members
- Carrying out operational planning for each event
- To assist with the administration of unit cost controls and keeping records using the appropriate software or manual systems
- Develop a highly motivated and performing casual hospitality team committed to delivering clear goals
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy General Manager and the Executive Head Chef to ensure seamless event operations
- Consistently exceed our members, students, and guests expectations
- Develop a positive and collegiate relationship with all internal departments
- Adhere to all company Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations
- To assist with the supervision of Hall Lunch and Garden Room Cafe operations if/when required
