We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Marketing & Social Media Executive to join Grays Services Group – an established, family run business delivering high end HVAC solutions across the UK. Our work spans luxury commercial clients and residential projects, and as we continue to grow, we’re focused on evolving how we show up online – refining our brand, enhancing our campaigns, and expanding into new markets. This is a high‑impact, flexible role where you’ll have real input, creative freedom, and the opportunity to shape how an established business evolves digitally – with flexibility around how your time is structured. Ideal for entry level applicants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Creating engaging content, graphics, and campaign materials (Canva / Adobe)
- Supporting and running paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Contributing to marketing strategy and campaign ideas
- Supporting email campaigns and outreach
- Helping build and evolve our brand identity
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, and creative content
- Comfortable using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Some exposure to paid ads (Meta / Google Ads) is a plus
- Organised, proactive, and full of ideas
