We are a friendly NHS GP Practice in London – Grays Inn Medical Group, offering traditional family General Practice with continuity of care for all patients.
We are looking for a full-time or part‑time experienced Practice Nurse to work in our North London practices. The ideal candidate is positive, enthusiastic, a good team worker, flexible and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standard care in a safe, patient‑centred environment, ensuring privacy and dignity.
- Undertake routine procedures including measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpreting vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests and various long‑term condition checks and reviews.
- Carry out planned care for patients in line with their scope of practice.
- Use IT skills effectively, including EMIS Web where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
