About the pub:
The Grayling is a food‑driven, seasonal pub located in the heart of the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The pub currently delivers weekly sales of £22,000 split 75/25 (food‑led) with trade peaking in the busy summer months. Located on a retail park and near a large supermarket, the pub has great footfall and offers a classic pub menu as well as a carvery deck. With a full senior team in place, this successful pub is set up for a win – but the seasonality of the trade requires an experienced, food‑driven General Manager who can tap into trade throughout the year whilst maximising sales during the summer peak.
About the role:
As a General Manager you’ll:
- Care about finding, growing and engaging your team.
- Be accountable for running all aspects of the pub.
- Be passionate about doing the right thing for your staff and customers.
- Dream big and think differently about new ways to increase sales and growth.
- Celebrate and create a buzz by sharing enjoyable experiences.
