About the Role:

Through 2026, we may have multiple roles available to join one of our clients; a global Specialist Insurance firm, with headquarters in London and Houston, and with a rapidly growing team in Bridgend, Wales. Working as Grayce Analysts, you will be deployed to our client to join the Chief Data Office, where you will gain invaluable skills, experience and exposure to enterprise data projects. This role presents a long-term career opportunity to join our end-client as full-time employees following completion of the Grayce Programme.

Delivery:

You will work with one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure, before transitioning to working directly for them. The skills required for exceptional client delivery include natural curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, effective communication and problem solving.

Mentoring:

Thrive under the guidance of our experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers. They’ll be your go-to, offering support, insights, sharing experiences.

Progression:

Starting as an Analyst with the potential to progress into a Lead Analyst after two years, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the programme.
