What You’ll Do as a PMO Analyst:
- Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery.
- Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development.
- Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks.
- Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships.
