- Graduate Finance Analyst: As a Finance Analyst, you’ll support key financial decision-making and operational processes across a complex public‑sector environment. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, analyse financial data, help monitor budgets, and contribute to strategic planning. This role provides hands‑on experience - all while you work towards CIPFA‑aligned training on your Grayce development pathway. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to build a meaningful career in finance.
- Graduate PMO Analyst: As a PMO Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major public‑sector transformation programme. You’ll maintain governance frameworks, track progress, manage risks, and support programme teams working to improve essential community services such as housing and local operations. With additional CIPFA‑aligned training and exposure to impactful, socially focused work, this role is a great fit for someone who is organised, motivated, and keen to contribute to positive change within public services.
