- Graduate Finance Analyst: As a Finance Analyst, you’ll support key financial decision-making and operational processes across a complex public-sector environment. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, analyse financial data, help monitor budgets, and contribute to strategic planning. This role provides hands-on experience – all while you work towards CIPFA-aligned training on your Grayce development pathway. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build a meaningful career in finance.
- Graduate PMO Analyst: As a PMO Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a major public-sector transformation programme. You’ll maintain governance frameworks, track progress, manage risks, and support programme teams working to improve essential community services such as housing and local operations. With additional CIPFA-aligned training and exposure to impactful, socially focused work, this role is a great fit for someone who is organised, motivated, and keen to contribute to positive change within public services.
