You will influence leaders, drive improvements, and embed technology and AI into daily practice.

This hybrid role combines strategic input with hands-on delivery, working closely with the HR Director to streamline processes, manage employee relations, and ensure scalable HR services as Grayce grows.

Manchester-based with a mix of in-office and remote work.
