The Role
This is a hybrid role split between transformation delivery and training & capability development. You will lead and support internal Grayce transformation projects, including technology, process improvement and AI‑enabled change. Working end‑to‑end across these initiatives, you will help shape how Grayce operates and evolves, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Alongside this, you will contribute to the development of our Analyst population by sharing practical delivery experience through structured training, coaching and mobilisation activity. This ensures learning is grounded in real transformation work and remains directly aligned to the needs of our clients and business. This role offers meaningful ownership across transformation delivery, with the opportunity to share practical insight through learning and training activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Transformation & Change
- Lead and deliver internal Grayce transformation initiatives, including AI automation and process improvement
- Project manage initiatives end‑to‑end, managing governance, stakeholders and delivery outcomes
- Analyse business needs and support operational and system improvements
- Act as a change champion across the organisation
- Design and deliver practical training across Project Management, Business Analysis, Change and related disciplines
- Deliver mobilisation and bootcamp training to prepare Analysts for client deployment
- Facilitate leadership and stakeholder management modules
- Coach and support Analysts to improve readiness and performance
About You
- Significant experience in change, transformation or delivery roles
- Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product or change professional
- Comfortable delivering complex programmes, projects or system implementations
- Motivated by developing people and sharing practical insight
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering training or facilitation is a plus
