What You'll Do as a PMO Analyst

You'll support the successful delivery of business change projects through tasks such as:

  • Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
  • Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
  • Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships
