Understanding the types of roles available to a Business Graduate:
- Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Project Manager (PM): Supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Management Office (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control.
- Product Manager: Orchestrates the development, launch and ongoing success of a product, defining the product vision and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals.

Starting as an Analyst with the potential for significant salary progression, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry-recognised accreditations during your time on the development programme.
