Join Grayce and support a leading UK insurance organisation on a high‑profile change programme. As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering improvements across core insurance systems and customer journeys, working at the intersection of business and technology. This role sits within a complex delivery environment, focused on improving policy administration and customer journeys across core insurance products. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers and senior analysts to shape requirements, document process and data flows, and support system improvements, with exposure to Policy Administration System (PAS) change. This is a 12‑month fixed term opportunity offering valuable experience within a large‑scale insurance environment, alongside strong development support from Grayce.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and document end‑to‑end business and system processes
  • Elicit, document and manage business and technical requirements
  • Support enhancements to core insurance platforms
  • Map data flows across front‑end and back‑end systems
  • Work closely with product, development, testing and senior BA teams
  • Support delivery through the full change lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in insurance or financial services environments
  • Exposure to Policy Administration Systems (PAS) is desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements
  • Comfortable working in complex or regulated delivery environments
  • Willingness to work on site in Horsham three days per week
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
