About the Role
This is a technical Business Analyst role supporting a major transformation programme at a world‑leading client. The work is heavily focused on digital platforms and website development, making this an ideal opportunity for graduates with a strong technical background who want to operate at the intersection of business and technology. You will act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, well documented and translated into effective technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Mapping processes, data flows and system interactions
- Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical teams
- Supporting website updates, with a strong focus on UI/UX improvements and user journeys
- Working closely with developers on technical requirements, including:
- API integrations
- Understanding and documenting API endpoints
- Bridging business needs with technical implementation
You’ll also gain exposure to low‑code / no‑code platforms as part of broader digital delivery.
