Overview Of Role

Service Desk Support Analysts work as part of the IT Support Team, responsible for the day-to-day support operations. This includes taking customer enquiries, dealing with hardware issues, explaining and implementing possible solutions to the end customer, running automated diagnostic programmes, logging customer issues, tracking progress and escalating complex problems to more senior members of the team.
