Location: Opportunities across East of England

About The Role:

As a Graduate PMO Analyst, you'll gain hands‑on experience at the heart of a complex organisational change initiative - the kind that shapes how services such as housing, community support, and local operations are designed and delivered.

What You’ll Do As a PMO Analyst:

  • Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
  • Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
  • Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
  • Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships
