Graduate Consultant– via the Grayce Graduate Development Programme
Location: York
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject.
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.

Understanding the types of roles available:
- Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Project Manager (PM): Supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Management Officer (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control.
- Product Manager: Orchestrates the development, launch and ongoing success of a product, defining the product vision and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals.
