Understanding the types of roles available to a Business Graduate:
- Business Analyst (BA): Responsible for investigating and analysing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, defining requirements and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Project Manager (PM): Supports the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project Management Office (PMO): Establishes and maintains project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control.
- Product Manager: Orchestrates the development, launch and ongoing success of a product, defining the product vision and prioritising features based on customer needs and business goals.
