Graduate Consultant – via the Grayce Graduate Development Programme

Location: London
Starting Salary: £28,000
Application Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship for the duration of the programme.
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week.

Roles available to a Business Graduate

• Business Analyst (BA): Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Project Manager (PM): Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to deliver on time and within budget, including task delegation, resource management and stakeholder communication.
• Project Management Office (PMO): Establish and maintain project management standards, oversee governance, methodology, stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Product Manager: Define the product vision, create roadmaps, prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and functionality.
