Job Position: Graduate Consultant – via the Graduate Development Programme
Locations: Basildon

Responsibilities
- Delivery: You will work with one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure, before transitioning to working directly for them. The skills required for exceptional client delivery include natural curiosity, proactivity, adaptability, effective communication and problem solving.
- Mentoring: Thrive under the guidance of our experienced Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers. They’ll be your go-to, offering support, insights, sharing experiences.
- Progression: Starting as an Analyst with the potential to progress into a Lead Analyst after two years, you will pick up invaluable skills and complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised accreditations during your time on the programme.
- Understanding role options: You may work in Data, DevOps, InfoSec, Testing or a Hybrid role within these disciplines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 or above in any undergraduate subject.
- Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme
- Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week
- UK Driving Licence
